Steam sign-in provides your public Steam ID64, name, profile URL and avatar. You may add a team, country, number, biography, photo and links. The ACC Collector also receives race results and driving data.
Authentication provides the requested service (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Publishing results, sporting integrity and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interest (6(1)(f)). Optional profile information relies on consent (6(1)(a)).
Public races may display names, cars, lap times, rankings and statistics. Performance and SAFE are automatically calculated sporting indicators. Report an error to request a review.
ACC first name, last name and initials are entered in your private profile and reused automatically for website registrations. Registered teammates can see their own car’s crew, without access to other members’ Steam IDs. Only the organiser can export these identities and Steam IDs in server entry lists. Teammates join their car themselves using a private code. This data is retained to organise the event; contact us to request deletion after the race.
Driver messages are stored in Supabase. Only the two participants can view them through the site with a valid session. They are not end-to-end encrypted. You can block another driver to prevent new messages and contact ATX Racing about your data.
Supabase hosts data and functions, GitHub Pages serves the public pages, and Valve/Steam provides identification. Their own policies and possible international transfers may apply.
Sessions expire after 7 days. Active profiles and sporting results may be retained for league archives. Tokens are hashed on the server; private functions require a valid session.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent for optional information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
You may contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority or a competent authority in your country of residence.
The selected language is reflected in the URL. A sign-in token is stored in browser session storage; the initial profile guide remembers your choice in local storage. We do not use targeted advertising.
